CAPT Gerald Hale, USCG (Ret) named Director of Character Development/Office of the Chaplain

On behalf of the VFMA&C Administration, we are pleased to announce the reassignment of Captain Gerald Hale, USCG (Ret) as Director of Character Development/Office of the Chaplain. Captain Hale has assumed his new responsibilities effective May 24, 2010. 

CAPT Hale began at VFMA&C as the Executive Assistant to the President on July 1, 2006. He then moved to the Admissions Department as the Dean of Enrollment Management on March 10, 2008. CAPT Hale earned a BS, from the US Coast Guard Academy and a MBA, from the University of Connecticut. His service with the Coast Guard extended over twenty years where he earned the rank of Captain; additionally, he has an extensive professional background in Admissions with the Coast Guard Academy, and in the private sector in Finance. CAPT Hale is in his new office located in the Chapel, and can be reached at 610-989-1506.
