[sticklist] - Observation: Regimental Turnover

Here's an Interesting observation:  On 24 November 2009 several  
changes were made to the Regimental Staff.  On that day, the following  
positions were (re)filled and announced:

Second Captain
Fourth Captain
Fifth Captain
Regimental Training Officer
Regimental Sergeant Major
Mounted Btn Sergeant Major

This follows previous changes at Regimental Staff earlier this  
Academic Year:

On 16 November 2009 a new Regimental Commander was announced.
On 11 November 2009 a new Regimental Quartermaster was announced.
On 19 October 2009 a new Fourth Captain was announced.

Certainly, position changes do occur during the year for various  
reasons, but given the number of senior cadet positions 'changing  
hands' in such a short period of time, I thought it noteworthy to pass  
along via the Sticklist.  As always, should there be any official  
comments made about this observation, I will repost them here.
