All,

The latest "Persona Non Grata"  (PNG) note was just issued against the  
members of the Valley Forge Old Guard.

I am not in a position to confirm or deny the claims contained in the  
letter, but am passing it along as an item of interest.  To my  
knowledge this is the first such note announced publicly in an  
official communication to the Alumni.
