So is DiFi pretty much saying the SSCI hasn't got *anything* coming close to a decent clue about what the IC is doing?

That said, any bets that Rep Mike "Tone Def" Rogers will say the exact opposite on behalf of the HPSCI, thumping his chest about the awesomeness of things as-is?

Moreover, any (sucker) bets that DiFi's proposed 'review' will lead to any meaningful changes or improvements to Hill oversight of the IC?
