Unbelievable.

The Federal Reserve "inadvertently" releases minutes of its last meeting the middle of yesterday afternoon to Congressional staffers and trade associations.   Yet they waited until this morning before releasing it officially at 9AM to everyone.  How many people got to 'front-run' the report and either trade it or prepare for things before the news 'broke' publicly this morning to everyone else?

Unbelievable, irresponsible, and more.   In other words, the nature of the modern global financial system.
