The Privacy Office of the Department of Homeland Security released the July
2006-July 2007 Privacy Report [pdf]. The Homeland Security Act of 2002
requires that the Chief Privacy Officer prepare a report to Congress on an
annual basis on the activities of the Department that affect privacy,
including complaints regarding program activities.
