Interesting, if not beautiful, article on fandom and the social nature  
of the Internet.   As a good friend wrote when passing the link to me,  
"fandom's about not being alone anymore - it's about Abby, in the  
beginning, but really it's about all of us, and this weird, wonderful,  
amazing, inspiring thing we've got going between us."
