An unnamed, regional anti-terrorism agency is warning that a sandal with a
hidden alcohol compartment in its heel isn't just for Jimmy Buffett-types
wanting to get bombed -- in fact, the specialized beach footwear would be a
bomb on the shoes of terrorists, according to a rather breathless report
from the ABC News' generally excellent The Blotter.
