U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Department of Justice
(DOJ) officials have announced a new partnership to provide leadership for
the enhanced development of the Global Justice Information Sharing
Initiative (Global) Justice Extensible Markup Language (XML) Data Model
(Global JXDM) as a base for the deployment of the National Information
Exchange Model (NIEM).
