the office of Kurt Bischoff Tax & Accounting, Inc. was burglarized on 
February 21, 2008 and had a desktop computer stolen. The computer had 
personally identifiable information on it, such as names, addresses, 
birthdates, social security numbers, and bank account numbers. There is 
a police report on file.
