[Dataloss] NC: WPD Website Revealed Personal Information

The Wilmington Police Department has fixed a big problem on their new 
website P2C or Police to Citizens.

Along with providing police reports, the website also listed stolen social 
security numbers, drivers license numbers and North Carolina ID numbers.

WECT discovered the problem on the day the site was launched and notified 
the police department.
