People walking in front of the 8th Street Wine Co. in downtown Boise the 
morning of March 2 noticed three inconspicuous barrels sitting on the 
sidewalk. These barrels were full of thousands of sensitive documents 
belonging to the U.S. Air Force and to Science Applications 
International Corp. – the company responsible for moving them to the 
curb from an upstairs office on Broad Street.

public dissemination.
