[Dataloss] DLDOS: Significant Updates

A note to those who check or use the Data Loss Database - Open Source 
(DLDOS):

Several updates have been made in the "Stock Symbol" and "Breach Type" 
categories thanks to the efforts of list member Mike Walter.  About fifty 
stock symbol fields have been recently entered, and Mike has been going 
through the "Breach Type" column to help us break out "media" into "disk 
drives", "documents" and other subcategories.

Due to the recent additions and changes, we would urge anyone using the 
database to download a fresh copy as soon as possible.
