[Dataloss] Personal Information Stolen From DePaul Hospital

[...] someone has stolen two computers from the Radiation Therapy 
department at DePaul Medical Center in Norfolk.

This affects a little more that 100 patients of the Radiation Therapy 
department.

According a letter from the office of Executive Vice President Daniel 
S. Duggan to The Oncology Associates of Virginia, the computer thefts 
happened on August 28th and most recently on September 11th.  They 
were stolen from the patient care area.
