[Dataloss] Office of Management and Budget: 'People are losing data'

Of course.  As I mentioned to someone earlier this week, we have over 270 
events recorded on dataloss web and DLDOS for 2006 alone.  If every 
incident that occured this year would have been reported, this would have 
quickly gone from a "project" to a full-time job.
