Other states with security breach notification laws are:  Arkansas,
Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana,
Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York City, New
York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas,
Washington
