[Dataloss] Providence Home Services data loss

Greetings,

I'm one of the victims of the Providence Home Services data loss. I'm also
an IT Professional who has held positions that focused on Information
Security. I have set up a site for the victims of the Providence Home
Services fiasco. I wanted to provide the list with my link.
