(HOW ABOUT NONE OF THE ABOVE YOU DICKHEADS. i don't have one, i don't want 
one. are you really so ignorant to think those are the only 4 options?)

3. How often do you surf the web on your phone?

(again, if I don't have a phone with that capability, I default to 'less 
than once a month'? this really helps you in some fashion?)

5. How often do you download mobile content or application for your phone?

(and of course, you can't submit the survey unless all answers are 
complete. this is perfectly in keeping with the horror that is the 
mycokerewards.com web site. whatever 'web developers' they have working 
for them should be put in a ditch.)
