June Elledge Nilles - President/Sales
While attending college June worked in the Registrars Office, toiling to learn many software systems by trial and error. Later working with Specialized Data Systems in a rural school office, she grew to believe people would benefit greatly from receiving professional training. Specializing in outsourcing contracts for schools designed to meet immediate needs, while building permanent qualified staff for districts, June conducts dozens of seminars annually on specific topics related to efficient data management.

Steven J. Nilles - President/Video Sales
While on vacation in 1986 Steve began systems engineer training with Novell. In fact, his original certification was signed by Novell founder Ray Noorda. He quickly became a leader in designing and supplying networks. With the recent inclusion of streaming media, he is authorized to sell and support a variety of network streaming solutions.

Blaine Benson, CNE - Systems Engineer
Since 1987 Blaine has worked with networks in a number of industries including banking, manufacturing, service, insurance, real estate, and of course schools in the Chicagoland area. A graduate of DeVry, he heads the technical department of NDI Solutions. Blaine is a Novell authority, and has traveled extensively throughout Indiana and Michigan installing networks in schools.

George Cacini, MCSE - Systems Engineer
As a senior member of the technical department of NDI Solutions, George knows a good MCSE never stops learning. Devoting hours to stay on top of the newest technology, he recently has become certified in a variety of streaming video solutions used in Streamcast.

Dimitri Kaplanis - Student Specialist
Since joining NDI Solutions, Dimitri has excelled in assisting schools with Specialized Data Systems' School Office. Combined with his understanding of network essentials, he is a great asset during software installations. With superior knowledge of Crystal Reports, Dimitri has aided hundreds of schools throughout the Midwest mining their data for critical data.

Michelle Kaser - Finance Specialist
A veteran NDI Solutions' employee, Michelle has traveled Michigan and Illinois extensively implementing Specialized Data Systems' Finance Office. She teaches all Finance Systems Management classes, also provides Crystal Reports training and consultation. With a strong understanding of various reports required in multiple states, Michelle routinely assists payroll and auditors.

Upon graduating from Western Illinois University with an MIS degree Amy worked as a trainer for Specialized Data Systems. After brief stint with Arts & Education Council of St. Louis, she joined NDI Solutions and now sells and trains both School Office and Finance Office.

Judy Jones - Michigan Sales
Having spent several years in a school office doing exactly what she trains customers to do, Judy trains and sells Specialized Data Systems' School Office and Finance Office. She travels thousands of miles annually working with Michigan schools in successfully meeting new SRSD reporting requirements.

Fred Haas - Media Design/Video Sales
After building databases as an independent contractor, Fred joined NDI Solutions and quickly made use of those skills. He is he primary contact for all our Follett Library Automation software clients.He is also our webmaster, as well as being responsible for the company's visual identity. A key member of our Streamcast team, he is deeply involved with streaming media.

After writing programs and supporting networks for small businesses in the Southwest, Glenn relocated and plies those same skills for NDI Solutions. He is a key member of our helpdesk solutions team.
