Acepia customers can use the tools here to change almost every aspect of their Acepia account. No more wondering about how much time you've spent Online. No more worrying about having to contact us to change your plan or billing details. You can do it all right here. Anytime that suits you!
To ensure that your personal information and account details are kept secure you'll be asked to identify yourself with your User ID and password before you can use the tools. Here's what to do:

1.Type your User ID in the User Name field.
This is the same as your E-mail address, for example, fred@acepia.net.au fred would be your password

2.Type your password in the Password field.

3.Click OK.

Important: To ensure your privacy, these pages are encrypted. You need to use a secure web browser, such as Netscape 2 (or newer) or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.01 (or newer) to use the Account Management Tools. You can not use these tools with versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer earlier than 3.01 because they did not meet the agreed Internet security standards.
