Wandering Star would have to be my Favoriate song,
although every song on the CD is great. I missed the
live concert here in Auckland by a month, maybe even
less, which really bummed me out.
To see Portishead live would truly blow my mind.
Mysterons, Sour Times, Strangers, It could be sweet,
Wandering Star, It's a Fire, Numb, Roads, Pedestal,
Biscuit & Glory Box.

Jane Jensen kicks ass, a women with spunk and style
this is just one of those CD's that is going to die
from over use.
Jericho got to see her live, lucky bastard. anyway here

Haunting. that is one word i would use in describing
the sound of Kidney Theives.
With songs like 'pretty' they had me hooked.
the music is orignal, it doesn't suit everyone, I love it
but then i'm a weirdo i guess.

Well what can i say. I never get tired of garbage :)
Paranoid dunno why thats my fav from the album

Bugger, i left my CD in San Fransico, i'll have to buy another
one. NZ, Australians and even some of the English may remember
her as Beth from Ramsey street, the Australian soap that first
produced Kylie & Jason. Beth oh i mean Natalie *duck* is one
talented chick even if she is an Aussie.
My cassette 'left in the middle' mysteriously disappeared. well
if someone is enjoying it then good on them. on the other hand
if i just misplaced it, then i don't deserve to own it.

Young, talented, good looking men, with boyish charm and they are
cool. Instead of the usual kiwi talent of typical kiwi
sounds, they got their shit together early in their career blazing a
trail through the music industry in New Zealand, opening the door
for a wave of new talent out there. I was trying to obtain a
schedule on their american tour, but due to their busy schedule,
small window of opertunity while they were in the country, and me
missing this opertunity due to work commitments i missed them.
If your into red hot chilli peppers you will love these guys.

Tadpole is a band that caught me by suprise. with catchy tunes and
lyrics with depth. Better days and No man, two songs that reach me,
reminding me of my own poetry and my own feelings, decending on your
very soul yet to look at the bands image they seem too normal.

Bic Runga, Kiwi talent we take for granted. It wasn't until
i heard her latest peice selected on a mixed cd of nz talent
that prompted me to buy her CD only her new song was not on it,
although it has the same name. easy listening compilation.
her latest seems to have a mix of jazz.
