Bloody fantastic U-boat movie. a mission to capture the german enigma
cypher machine and codebook. a mission i felt part of all the way through
the movie, holding my breath grinding my teeth and biting my nails if i had
any left. i was on the edge of my seat the whole time. it is truely a
magnificient movie when it can draw the audiance in as it did me.
My other friends thought it a good movie but still hold red october as their
favorite war/sub movie.

Roberts usually plays the romantic girlie movie roles. this movie is
based off a true story. it is a story most of us can relate to. a women
trying to suport 3 children and unemployable. her dream is to get a job, at
the same time the way she dresses is more a hindrance than help. once she
does finally get a job pratcily begging for it, and working for no benefits
just to prove herself. the other women in the office will not help, so her
boss recommends a change of appearence to this she tells him to fuck off and
may be he should re think his tie. its a movie about a women a nobody who
takes on a hundred billion corporation, trying to be heard in a large
corporate law firm with no quilifications no education, her passion to work
and prove herself means more to her than her personal life. what she gives
up for her dream is nothing compared to her sucess. there is an erin
brockovich in all of us. and i saw it at an AMC and wow no problems this
time. kick ass.

People were telling me "go see sleepy hollow, its great" so like a
little lamb off i go. come on guys it wasn't that great. If you enjoyed the
mummy you would enjoy sleepy hollow. Johnny Depp played his part well, being
terrified as he was but pushing on to prove his point.
but please someone tell me why are horror movies being made into comedy ?
is the storyline that pathetic that it needs somthing else to draw people to
watch the movie? I guess so.
on a good note the cinemaphotography was fantastic, the movie wasn't bad,
I'd see it again (on video or DVD).
As soon as the movie started i remembered the book. when you see a
movie based on a book, it is so different its hard to relate the two.
this movie is just like the book it was like watching it for my second time,
although it was my first time seeing the film.
and just like the book it was a fantastic, a great story. i was wondering
how they would get Mr. Jingles to play his part heh, he was superb. if you
enjoyed the shawshank redemetion you will enjoy this one as well.
"We all have our green mile to walk, some take longer than others".
it was showing at the AMC and of course my experance with those theatres i
was thinking ohhh nooo, and sure enough somthing went wrong at least this
time they had the decentcy to issue free movie passes, just in case i have
to go there again i guess.
At long last i get to see the movie, finaly.
I think it was the build up of wanting to see this movie, for me to be so
disapointed. you have a great cast and a truly great peice of history
combine the two should = a great movie. a word of advice to all script
writers 'never try and change history'. this movie portrayed joan as a mad
women not a hero. out of all the joan of ark movies this one would not be of
choice in my movie collection. which is a shame cause i dig the actors.
grepreview: Thanks to Geekgrl for providing this little rebuttal space for
me... I thought it was good. Especially the parts where Dustin Hoffman plays
"The Conscience". All in all, my friends who know me, know that I like
*very* few movies, and am critical of almost all of them. The fact that I
liked this one, should at least point out something.
Gabrial Byrne! without him the movie is just another arnie flick. in
fact Arnie kinda spoiled the movie he just didn't seem to fit the character.
oh well Burns made up for it with the wit and humor only satan himself could
have thought up. i was a bit disapointed there was no depth to the movie,
apart from satan's pursasive argument on religon, (that alone is worth the
price of the ticket) and how half the vatican
have lost faith themselves yet they expect the avarage person to maintain
faith hrm hang on..... was that the plot?

*smirk* that was pretty fucked up. excuse my french.
I can totally relate to the insomnic dimentiona. I love a movie with a good
twist, this movie is a rollercoaster from start to finish. a few places in
the movie i was like what the hell is going on here, but it all comes to
light near the end. everyone in the movie played their parts well, maybe
even to well. but i better stick to the rules 1. don't talk about fight club
now i can see why my friends wanna see it again....hang on
what friends.... um never mind.
Great movie! it plays on many emotions, one scene i was laughing, and
the next i was shocked. this movie plays on your conscience, tugs at your
heart strings, and has you hysterical with laughter.
It was a shame the AMC on camelback in Phoenix serverly stuffed up by
showing a movie made in Arizona using alot of the local talent cut off before
the credits rolled, and many missed the last part of the
story. waiting in line (behind the arizona state film commissioner) to find
out what happened and to find out the last part of the story. the manager of
AMC or acting manager was unapologtic, and unhelpful. we managed to
get the ending off someone that had already seen the movie. but we shall
keep that to ourselves and let you go see the movie.
Excellent story, it certainly puts going to church into perspective.
Scientific explanation?, coverup?, Religion?. all brought into question as you
follow a superbly written storyline and fantastic specical effects.
and the welps on my back i can now blame on stigmata!.......oh did i say
that out loud?
The Sixth Sense : excellent see twice movie, good story and great twist
expect the unexpected. sent chills down my spine.
The BlairWitch Project: this movie was to be seen within the first two weeks
of it being released before the spoilers. Go with the
belief it happened and its a frighting movie otherwise
 			it sucks.

The Matrix: special effects kick ass, another movie legend in the making
walking away from the movie with a new prosective on life. and a
	    possible alternative.

Replacement Killers: Kick ass movie...what is there to say? it rulz.
