Gunslinger

         

It took me awhile to actually buy these books, it was one of those 'hrmmm
sounds interesting but i don't know" kind of adittudes. Finally i bought
gunslinger and read it. i could not put the book down, i was anixously
waiting for something to happen, i mean after all who could write a whole
book based on a lone man walking across a vast desert.
Steven King thats who. that book was only the foundation of more to follow,
unlike his other books that start off slow then build up into a horror of
things that go bump in the night, he maintains the story on the same level
all the way through. This book is no Horror story, what it is is hard to
discribe. a western or a fantacy, future or past, there are no time zones in
this book. and in the others that follow you start to try and solve the
mystrys and puzzles before the next book comes out, then you have to buy the
next book to see if you were anywhere close as to what the author had in
mind.
