Sorry to reply twice, but looking at http://www.cert.org What We Do At the CERT Coordination Center, we study Internet security vulnerabilities, provide incident response services to sites that have been the victims of attack, publish a variety of security alerts, research security and survivability in wide-area-networked computing, and develop information to help you improve security at your site. Our notifying you of defaced web sites to be in keeping with your stated goal. This gives you a chance to provide incident response services to sites that may need it. Further, you may study these defacements to learn more about the methods, who's doing it, generate statistics about computer crime, etc. So, your request to not receive messages does not seem to support your published goal. I guess I am a bit confused...
