received the following information.

CERT Coordination Center Vendor-Initiated Bulletin VB-97.14., reports a
security vulnerability in SCO /usr/bin/X11/scoterm.

The vulnerability permits any user with an account on the system to execute
arbitrary commands with root privileges.

This advisory provides information about patches.

SCO urges you to act on this information as soon as possible.
