Coordination Center advisory CA-97.08 about the vulnerabilities in innd.

New in this advisory (compared to CERT-NL advisory S-97-22, version 1)
is the availability of a patch for the 'second vulnerability in innd'.
CERT-NL recommends to apply this new patch, if applicable.
