Is this for a personal email account or a work-related email account?  If
it's a work account, you might want to contact your friendly email
administrator for advice. :)

Do you have any options to filter spam by either subject line or email
body content?  If you do and can pick a couple of keywords or phrases, it
might be effective (at least temporarily at worst).
