How can I go about getting a list of official condo owners for 6 Gay Ridge Rd Waterbury, CT. 06705 
that is not illegal. I can't get them because I am not a real estate professional. I know there must 
be a legal site to search I'm just not good at locating this type of info. I love computers but just 
a mom trying to get info.
