Dear Sir /Madam

When I agreed to try your free offer of virus protection 1st this month. 
it took only seconds to install.  After a couple of days withnothing but 
problems on my PC. ie. sluggish performence, constantly losing my 
conection warnings I tried to cancel.  I have been on to live help several 
times and although the advised me to unsubscribe the 'Unsubscribe' window 
displaying 'Pleasewait while we4 deal with you request' just hung.  On one 
occasion I waited 90  mins!

I hope that my earlier two e-mails to you, plus this one will convince you
that I want your antivirus guard off my computer.

Sorry if I sound very fed-up. but I am.

We are not convinced.

You seem very ungrateful for a free offer. Perhaps if you were more
patient and less rude, you'd have better luck.

Thankyou for your e-mail

If I appeared rude in any way I apologise. I was frustrated, yes.  I had 
been trying for several days to get some sort of response regarding the 
Mcafee virus guard.  Even the free helpline numbers were so busy they were 
unable to take any more calls and told me to try again later'.  I did 
finaly get through, a few days later and they dealt with my request to 
unsubscribe Mcafee

I appreciate you have a difficult job and I certainly don't want to make 
it any harder for you, and being 'rude' is something I would never want to 
be accused of.
