[VIM] Vendor dispute for Animated Smiley Generator RFI (CVE-2006-6541)

The vendor for Animated Smiley Generator disputes CVE-2006-6541,
stating that only warez copies of the application (apparently
distributed by St at rExT) are vulnerable:

  Legitimately purchased applications do not allow this exploit.

I was not able to do any further research.
