University of Kentucky has had another computer security oops, in which

the affected people are being notified, and the University saying no

evidence any of the exposed people's info exploited yet.<br><br>

* <font size=2>About 850 students' names and social security numbers were

posted Aug 14 on the university's financial aid web site. <br>

* An e-mail went out Aug 14 to about 80 students, telling them who their

advisor will be for the new semester. That communication also contained

social security numbers.<br><br>

Earlier, you may recall,<br>

* UK had to notify about 6500 students that their personal information

may have been on a computer drive that was stolen from a classroom in

April 2006. <br>

* In June 2006, some faculty members were told their ID numbers were

briefly on the web <br><br>
