an identity theft suspect has been sentenced to 13 years behind bars
for crimes that led to a change in a Hamilton County agency's website.

Traci Southerland, of Cincinnati, stole 100 identities and nearly $500,000.

She and seven other people used personal information they got from
the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts' website to access credit cards
and make counterfeit checks.

Because of the crimes, the website has now blocked access to court
documents containing personal information.
