[Dataloss] An oldie but goodie

I am entering data for a db of breaches.  So, I look at ChoicePoint's list of 
breaches from 2005.  They list a U of Kansas breach involving 1400 foreign 
students from 1/6/2005.

Turns out this is either a BIG coincidence, or it was really from 2003:
