[Dataloss] Supposedly Destroyed Hard Drive Purchased In Chicago

The failure of Best Buy to do what they said notwithstanding, and with
all due respect to the Gerbus', why didn't they simply ask for the old
drive to be returned?  The problem is not technology, but the use of
it...
