Back in March, we announced a contest in which friends of attrition.org could help design the look of our new t-shirts and possibly win one (or two) for themselves. We received a few entries, but nowhere close to the volume and originality we were hoping for. Still, there were a few good submissions, so we decided to pick one of them for the back of the shirt and go with the greyscale version of the "attrition logo" on the front left breast pocket:

Here's the part where we get to rant a little. In the last pressing of Attrition.org shirts, we went with a different online vendor who had a slick design interface and decent prices. We were happy with the quality of the shirts themselves, but were a bit disappointed with the back logo, which was produced as much larger than originally designed. Another problem is that Attrition's "A" logo doesn't have a perfect x-axis center, so even though we attempted to adjust for the offset, the "A" logo has now been printed a little too far to the right in two seperate designs produced by two different vendors:

We would like to thank Moshe for the bloody bar code graphic used on the back of the new shirt! Moshe will receive one large shirt from each of the two pressings and a big sloppy lick up the side of the face from d2d, who insisted on being part of the festivities. Wear them loud, wear them proud, Moshe, and thanks!

As we mentioned last time, shirt pressings are limited, so we don't have many to give away. Lyger seems to think that we could probably auction one off on eBay to enhance his Asian hooker fund for this year's DefCon, but that all depends on 1) Jericho's approval and 2) if we'll be able to get d2d to stop humping Lyger's leg long enough to get Lyger his Asian hooker. Only time will tell. Anyone who wishes to contribute to Attrition without us pestering them to do so might be considered for a freebie if we have any left.
