Since 1982, Screenplay Systems, Inc. ("SSI") has been the leader in its field. The incredible success of the company is attributed to the very talented group of "team members" which make up our staff. Work Hard, But Play Harder
To reward everyone for their hard work and devotion, SSI treats its employees to all sorts of social activities, like monthly movie outings for employees and guests, company-wide birthday celebrations, a raging summer beach party, and a Winter Holiday party that takes over the entire building. A Wonderful Place to Live and Work
Screenplay Systems is located in the heart of the entertainment community. Walt Disney, NBC, Warner Bros., and Universal Studios are just a few miles southwest. The "Burbank Village" and the Media City Center are one to three blocks away and contain dozens of restaurants and stores including: Starbucks, Crocodile Cafe, Market City Caffe, Bobby McGee's, Tony Roma's, Blockbuster Music, Macy's, Mervyn's, CompUSA, Barnes & Noble, Ikea Furniture, and three AMC Theaters with a total of 28 screens (including very roomy and comfortable amphitheater seating). In December 1994, Los Angeles Magazine voted Burbank as the 7th best city to live in terms of crime, education, shopping, culture, and climate.
