We have very closely witnessed the very rapid changes taking place in this field . We have a very rich experience of understanding the needs of home and SOHO ( small office home office) user needs. Since inception, we have handled almost 30,000 support calls. It makes us understand your present and future needs very clearly.

We have understood that it becomes really difficult for a normal user to maintain his vital communication link up and running throughout the year, save those who are enjoying our customer support now.   When things are working smoothly there is no problem. If something goes wrong then the irritation creeps in. The hardware engineer says it is a software problem, the software man in turn blames the modem , the modem supplier blames it on the hardware supplier again and you end up into calling and co-ordinating with so many agencies. The internet is a very , very rapidly changing technology. Newer and powerful browsers are introduced every few months, the mail software are evolving rapidly with newer and newer customer friendly features. Some of you have special needs for other software’s such as Chat, Real Audio , Video players etc. etc. Some of you download some free software from the Net and end up in destabilising the system or end up with few unfriendly viruses on the system. Keeping all this in mind , we have arrived at this affordable and user friendly annual maintenance contract.

Scope of Annual Maintenance Contract

 

  1. Period of Annual Maintenance Contract : One year from sign up or upto 8 visits whichever earlier.
  2. AMC starts with First complimentary visit of our customer support engineer . Covering ..
  • Dial Up Adapter / Modem settings optimisation.
  • Connection speed boost up or optimisation.
  • Browser / Mail configuration check up.
  • Checking & cleaning viruses spread via Internet / email.
  • Loading latest browser / mail software of your choice.
  • Any other Internet related utility installation such as mIRC, Real Player etc.
  • Brief tips and tricks on saving your valuable browsing time and email usage.
  • Any other questions or difficulties you might have related to internet.

 

  • 2 Mandatory visits : Our support engineers will make 2 visits per annum ,  on days of your choice , to be fixed at the time of sign up.
  • Checking configurations settings .
  • Memory & disk cache clean up .
  • Run antivirus check for Netbus/ back orifice or latest know viruses.
  • Scandisk.

 

  • 6 Free on demand visits : You can call us as many as Six times during the year whenever you think there is a need for the engineer to visit and check up.
  • Free upgradation of Internet related software.
  • Unlimited Telephonic and email support.
  • We shall send you periodic email alerts in known cases of virus spreading or other information which may be useful to you.
  • Services available from Monday to Saturday , From 10 am to 8 pm.
  • Service call will be attended within 4 hours after registration of the request.

Terms & Conditions

  1. This AMC does not include any hardware maintenance. We will solve the problem if it is related to Operating system or any internet related software. The AMC does not cover maintenance of other software.
  2. Customer should have the backup of all software installed on the computer. We shall not be responsible for any loss of data or functionality of any other software after reloading of Operating system.
  3. Service call request should be enrolled before 4:00 pm on a working day.
  4. The contract is valid upto one year or upto 8 visits whichever earlier.
  5. The contract is applicable only for ONE PC.
  6. Balasai Net will not be responsible for any loss of business in any form due to failures.
    We strongly recommend customers to have a licensed copy of all the software he is using. We shall use this software copy for reloading at your place if required.
  7. Balasai Net also reserves the right to accept or reject maintenance contract.
  8. All maintenance schemes are effective on signing of contract agreement for the desired period and are effective within Pune.
  9. Terms & conditions subject to change without prior notice.

AMC Cost : Contract amount     Rs 990/- for Home Users

                                               Rs 1450/- for Office  to be paid at signing the same.
