| PRICES All prices shown are retail, F.O.B. Surabaya, Indonesia. Prices are subject to change without notice. TERMS We require a 50% deposit with all orders and the balance due prior to shipping. A confirmation is sent after your order has been received. Please read and review it carefully. If there are any changes, please advise via fax or email. FREIGHT All orders are shipped carton wrapped. Crating is available. If required, please inquire for pricing. All shipments will be freight collect. There will be a 10% processing charge for a prepaid shipment. When accepting deliveries, consignee must inspect furniture carefully. Any damage must be noted on the freight bill by the driver. On carton and crated items, cartons or crates must be kept for concealed damage inspection. Freight claims must be filed by the consignee directly with the carrier. DIMENSIONS Measurements as indicated are approximate and will vary as much of High Circles furniture is done by hand. CUSTOM ORDERS We entertain custom orders. A sketch or drawing indicating exact dimensions and specifications is required for custom quotes. Prices will reflect the complexity of the change or design required. All custom orders will have a minimum quantity order of 5 pieces per item. WARRANTY We warrant our furniture to the original owner to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year period. Warranty extends to repair or replacement at our discretion and option. It is entirely natural in teak, when exposed to the elements, that crazing and/or cracking may occur. In most of these cases, these blemishes are non-structural in nature and are to be expected. |
