EXCLUSIVE STAFFING OF VA, INC., is a personnel organization offering staffing, temporary and permanent placements. We provide temporary personnel for all office, office automation (word processing), clerical, administrative, secretarial, professional and technical positions. We also work with our customers to provide payrolling services which allows them, to retain the experience of retired or laid off workers in positions and environments with which they are already familiar. Our Company provides testing, assessment and computer software training as well as image and motivational training, and professional development seminars. Our customer base includes relationships with several Fortune 500 companies, other large corporations, public sector agencies and non-profit organizations. Our organizational style is personal. Our approach is relationship based. We understand the importance of identifying "soft skills" - work ethic, commitment and dedication along with hard skills and matching those elements with the specific needs of our customers in order to make for a more productive work environment.
