“Your Medicare Center" is the Health Care Financing Administration's (HCFA) one-stop customer service walk-in center offering FREE services to Medicare beneficiaries, their families, and the general public.
- Having difficulty resolving your Medicare problem? Wondering about your benefits and choices under the Medicare program? Thinking about how Medicare fits in with the health plan from your employer?
- Interested in free health screenings? How about a free seminar on topics such as "regular" Medicare vs. Medicare HMOs?
Your Medicare Center can answer all of these questions and offer all of these services and more free of charge. The Center is open Monday through Fridayfrom 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturdays Noon to 4:00 p.m. and is located in:

in downtown Philadelphia
Your Medicare Center is accessible via mass transit on SEPTA or PATCO. If you prefer to drive, the Center is conveniently located just off of I-95 and I-676.

- Your Day at Your Medicare Center ! - Your group (church, friends, senior groups, union, etc.) is invited to come to the Center for a tour and a day of Medicare presentations tailored to your needs.
- Your Medicare Center Travels! - For those groups in the Philadelphia area not able to visit the Center, let us come to you!
