OBJECTIVES

It is the ambition of the International Sport for All Federation to be an action -oriented and a consultative organization, encouraging international exchanges in "Sport for All" as a factor of self-fulfilment and a means of oringing people and nations together in mutual understanding.
The International Sport for All Federation intends to:

• Organize international "Sport for All" meetings by means of symposis, conferences, regional and international seminars and congresses, informative weeks, of adventure and sport explorations, study trips, etc..
• Organize training courses and in-service training for Sport for All leaders, create the most favourable conditions so that they can accomplish their task, and promote the "leaders without frontiers" programme;
• Further "Sport for All" and support its development;
• Stimulate "Sport for All" sponsorship;
• Organize events, sports festivals, games, international "Sport for All" journeys and promote sport tourism in general;
• Further scientific research adapted to the "Sport for All" practice and concentrate on management aspects;
• Help to set up international sport for all campaigns;
• Participate in activities of regional and world organizations, which are able to rouse a growing interest of public opinion in "Sport for All";
• Gather, publish and distribute documents on the federation's social aim;
• Make increasing use of mass media in order to promote "Sport for All" activities;
• Encourage the construction of more leisure sport facilities.
