Geeks Are Having Lots of Sex. (Mis)Uses of Technology Contributed by Dennis on Wednesday, January 2nd, 2002 @ 05:28PM from the kevin-bacon-never-had-this-much-fun dept. Back in 1997, Lish Daelnar, known as "CRANK" created an ASCII chart that listed all of the guys she dated in the "Internet Scene". It has now grown to include over 1,400 entwined internet individuals, known as the sexchart. Links on the chart don't necessarily mean sex, but it looks like the chart has caused a fair share of controversy in its five years. Personally, I think that the fact that the entire chart is still done in ASCII is its greatest feat. setting the record straight by nyar (nyar@mail.31337.com) on Thursday, January 3rd, 2002 @ 11:04PM www.31337.com For what it's worth, Lish didn't create the sex chart. It was specifically created to make fun of her, because she had applicable contacts with so many contacts with so many people in the "scene."
