[I am leaving full headers in for validity but will explain. Shortly after
 the release of 'syn flood' code in Phrack magazine, se7en claimed that 
 he had ported the 'syn flood' attack from a TCP/IP network (like the internet)
 to the phone network. Carolyn Meinel of all people, calls him on this 
 and asks for more info. To anyone in the telco industry, they will realize
 his claims are bogus.]
