I just hung up the phone with "Pat" in the UCLA Registrar's Office
(310) 206-0482.  She confirmed that there is NO RECORD in their computer
system for anyone with the last name Asnieres in 1995 or any other
year back to 1897.

During the NSA gig in Maryland, I was told to my face, in the presence 
of Fred, Mudge, and Hobbit, that Mr. Christian Valor (Asnieres) graduated 
from UCLA in 1995 with a degree in Microbiology.
